Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager is a key member of the EMEIA sales team responsible to drive revenue through the development and leadership of inside sales professionals. This position is critical to generating new sales opportunities for the Whole Product Experience (WPE) of Apple Client and Mobile Device Management from Jamf.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales objectives and quotas
  • Motivate and manage Inside Sales Representatives to drive pipeline development and revenues through sales efforts
  • Coach and counsel direct reports on sales activities, skills and capabilities
  • Provide direct assistance with sales opportunities as needed.
  • Hire and train new inside sales representatives
  • Collaborate with sales team members and external partners to coordinate and grow revenue within segment
  • Develop and execute strategies in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers, Alliance/Channel team and Marketing team to expand market penetration/broaden sales opportunities
  • Measure progress against plans, objectives and quotas and provide course correction for individual sales members and group to achieve success
  • Provide accurate, ongoing forecasting and pipeline projections

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience showing successful achievement of quota
  • 3-5 years experience growing and leading an inside sales organization within the software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute long-term sales strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred
