Revenue Enablement Coordinator

Job Description

The Revenue Enablement Coordinator is responsible for aligning with leadership to support and maintain training and development programs for various roles in the global sales department. This role is vital in sustaining and evolving Jamf’s global sales training infrastructure.

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Travel: Less than 10%
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Manager: Revenue Enablement Manager


  • Build, manage and maintain virtual training courses within in Litmos (LMS) system
  • Update outdated trainings to reflect current strategies, product updates and offerings
  • Communicate onboarding Bootcamp schedule and expectations to new employees and reporting managers
  • Schedule all onboarding Bootcamps; coordinate training schedules with internal trainers, and book rooms for in-person training sessions
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session for continued improvement
  • Communicate and coordinate ongoing department wide training sessions and events
  • Schedule and maintain technical track trainings for the global sales organization; tracking enrollment and participation and reporting status to front-line sales managers on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate subject matter experts for each technical training track, ensuring that schedules are being met and content meets established course objectives
  • Coordinate internal training programs for SubZero, Jamf’s yearly global employee summit
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field (Preferred); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • 1-3 Years of training coordination and design (Preferred)
  • Understanding of training program structures
