Jamf Announces New Board Member

MINNEAPOLIS – June 20, 2017Jamf, the leader in Apple device management, today announced the addition of Kevin Klausmeyer to its board of directors. Joining Jamf’s existing board of seven, Klausmeyer will serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee.

Klausmeyer has a successful track record of serving on various public and private software company boards. His public boards all included Audit Committee roles as an SEC “financial expert,” and in several cases Klausmeyer served as chairman of the Audit Committee. Klausmeyer currently serves on the boards of directors of Hortonworks, which supports the open-source big data management and analysis platform centered around Hadoop and CallidusCloud, a provider of SaaS sales and marketing automation solutions. He also serves on boards and advisory boards of various private companies, such as Unitrends, an IT protection and disaster recovery provider. Previous board positions include Sourcefire and Quest Software, as well as numerous private software companies. Klausmeyer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Texas.
