JAMF Software Wraps Up Annual JNUC with Record Attendance of More Than 900 Apple IT Experts

MINNEAPOLIS – October 31, 2014 – JAMF Software, the leader in Apple device management, concluded its fifth annual JAMF Nation User Conference (JNUC) last week with a record of more than 900 participants from the Apple IT community. JNUC continues to be the largest gathering of Apple IT experts in the world who focus on emerging themes and lessons in Mac, iPhone and iPad management.

This year the JNUC once again brought the brightest and most solution-driven minds in IT together for a three-day rally of user and community presentations, hands-on labs and developer trainings. An impressive lineup of speakers from leading organizations including SAP, Adobe, Pixar Animation Studios, Expedia, National Geographic, State Farm, UNC Charlotte, Indiana University, and Rowan-Salisbury Schools presented 34 sessions, workshops and panel discussions.

JAMF Software Co-CEO Chip Pearson and Founder Co-CEO Zach Halmstad led off the conference with perspectives on the latest trends in management of the Apple platform and how JAMF Software brings technology and services to help people.

“The JAMF Nation User Conference continues to be the must-attend event for Apple IT administrators. And this year’s JNUC—our largest yet—was no different,” said Pearson. “The exponential growth of both JNUC and our community reflects how Apple technology continues to see massive adoption by organizations across the globe. Once again attendees left JNUC with practical knowledge they can use to make a difference at their own organizations.”

“The growth of the JNUC is amazing. The support, the breadth of sessions and the types of people that are here - it’s not just a single community of education or commercial professionals. I mean, pick a job and someone is doing it here,” said Tanya Pfeffer, Macintosh Support Consultant at Macalester College. “I’ve never seen a community as strong and as passionate.”
