To become a Jamf MSP, deep knowledge of Jamf Pro and the applicable environments is required. This translates to a CCA, and in some cases a CJA certification. If you think you have what it takes, the first step is to submit a business case to the Jamf team in your region. They will act as your Jamf sponsor throughout the process. Next, you’ll need to take a skills assessment of your OS, infrastructure and Jamf Pro knowledge. After passing the assessment quiz, the MSP Board will review your application. If accepted, we will provide you a custom MSP JumpStart to go over all the intricacies that come with managing Jamf and ensure that you are set up for success.
