Important updates below to availability of some services and functionalitySystem Changes
As previously shared, Jamf is implementing system changes that will temporarily impact some services and functionality. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the planned system transition period is taking longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to upgrade our systems. The information below provides UPDATED details about the planned disruptions to services and functionality. All dates and times listed below are in Central Daylight Time (CDT).
Update: Jamf General Impacts
Jamf ID
UPDATE: Wednesday, July 31 (9pm CDT) through the afternoon of Monday, August 5. (previously communicated impact through Sunday, August 4): Jamf ID provides users with a single set of credentials to log into Jamf tools and apps such as Jamf Account, Jamf Nation and Jamf Learning Hub (full list of apps and tools). New Jamf ID signups will be disabled. Only existing Jamf ID users will be able to log in during this time.
Jamf Account
UPDATE: Wednesday, July 31 (9pm CDT) through the afternoon of Monday, August 5. (previously communicated impact through Sunday, August 4): Jamf Account will be available only for existing Jamf ID and customer IdP logins to view Products and Profile pages. If you don’t access resources by logging in directly to Jamf Account at account.jamf.com, this does not apply to you.

Saturday, August 3 through and including all day Sunday, August 4: All Jamf Support ticket submissions will be temporarily unavailable. During this system transition, please contact support via your region’s phone number www.jamf.com/contact.
All orders, invoices and quotes
Wednesday, July 31 (9pm CDT) through Monday, August 12: All orders, invoices and quotes, processed directly with Jamf, will be temporarily unavailable. We will not generate quotes, process purchase orders or generate invoices during this time, but these will be processed post transition and they will have a refreshed look. Invoices will continue to come from billings@jamf.com and some regions will receive communication from a new email address AR_EMEIA@JAMF.com. Note: We will resume some services early, with full functionality expected August 12.
Jamf Pro
Please upgrade to Jamf Pro 11.4 BEFORE 9pm CDT on July 31: Upgrade to Jamf Pro 11.4 if you are using Jamf Pro Cloud Services Connection and are a Jamf Premium Cloud or on-premise customer. Failure to upgrade will remove the ability to renew the Cloud Services Connection which enables token-based authentication with other Jamf Services such as JCDS. If your upgrade isn’t already scheduled, please work with your Jamf Customer Support team to schedule your upgrade as soon as possible.

Jamf School
From the end of July until the second half of August you won't be able to manually renew, add or extend Jamf School licenses. You will not lose access to Jamf School and your renewal will be automatically processed during the transition period.
Jamf Services and Training
- Wednesday, July 31 (9pm CDT) through and including all day Sunday, August 4: Customers will not be able to access our online training courses, Jamf Certified Associate exams and instructor-led training course preparation materials during this time. Customers who need urgent help with training content can reach out to serviceshelp@jamf.com.
- Thursday, August 1 through and including all day Friday, August 2: Customers who have purchased Services and Training may experience delayed responses to their communications. Jamf will respond to emails sent during this time beginning on Monday, August 5.
