Jamf Nation Redeploy Initiative

Help others by donating or requesting devices, technology or expertise.

We are in this together and are here to help.

COVID-19 has changed the world. Many students are learning from home and frontline healthcare workers are stepping into increasingly dangerous situations to deliver care. The need for technology is at an all-time high and while government-funded programs are aiming to fund these issues, there are thousands of organizations across the globe who simply won’t benefit because funding will dry up or they don’t have adequate knowledge to fully leverage the technology.

To help solve these challenges, we’re launching Jamf Nation Redeploy — an initiative to help organizations across the globe with unused Apple devices connect with organizations who are in need. We’re aiming to help with three specific problems:

  1. Healthcare organizations are having a tough time conserving PPE and keeping frontline workers safe,
  2. Patients in isolation are unable to be in direct communication with their families because they’re frequently unable to bring their personal technology with them into isolation, and
  3. Education institutions are finding that distance learning is exposing even greater digital inequity and causing many students to not be reliably connected to their required classwork.

Our plan is to help connect these organizations and provide best practices for preparing devices for donation and redeployment, and make sure they are set up for success with telehealth or distance-learning initiatives. Aided by the deep expertise of members of Jamf Nation who have the ability to volunteer, we can answer the “what and how” quickly.

Join Jamf Nation in combating these challenges today. If you have devices to donate or your organization has a need for technology and expertise, please get in touch using the appropriate form below.
