Change FileVault configuration via Policy

Hi. We are in the middle to integrate some Macs into our environment that have already FileVault configurations applied.
Some of them have a institutional key and some of them just only have a private setup.

Is there any way to integrate them into our environment and "swapping" configurations without decrypting the disk and encrypt again?
