DEP Connection Issues

Anyone having issues communicating with DEP in JSS recently?

Getting errors in contacting https://mdmenrollment.apple.com when trying to make adjustments in PreStage.

We had some trouble with our Computer PreStage, and its now gone to mobile devices.

I had to log in to deploy.apple.com and accept new Terms & Conditions today before my DEP/MDM service would talk.. You might want to check that out.

I am having this issue as well. I set everything up right and had it connecting and now after one round of devices connected just fine they just stopped talking to each other. Talk to your TAM and they can run a script to see where the breakdown is.

@pbenham we have multiple DEP users setup, just had to log in with the Agent user to accept the T&Cs and we were good.
