Post JSS Upgrade on Ubuntu: JSS accessible via port 8080, but not 8443 (original port)

Used the installer. Went from 9.63 to 9.65 running on Ubuntu Server.

What does your server.xml file look like? Can you compare it with the one saved in the Backups folder from the previous install?

Just in case it helps someone else (and maybe saves them a 3 hour support call), the fix was the remove Java 6/7 completely and reinstall Java 7. :)
