Child Node Error

I'm installing 9.82 and I restarted the servers in the wrong order. I am now getting a 'Child Node Error' on all of the jss servers. I need to edit the database directly and change the master jss to one of my servers. Apparently the database has lost the master jss entry? Anyone know how to do this?

Yeah- you're gonna want to talk to your TAM directly for this one. I agree you'll need to edit the database manually and people on this forum are not really experts in that.

Buyer beware, we also encountered this issue late last night on upgrade - however, the Tomcat instances were started in the correct order and still had the problem. It did require some manual SQL intervention to disable the clustering config, restart the primary and then re-setup the clustering config - not a big ordeal, but also not documented anywhere.
