Advanced Computer Search not displaying Assets

The Admin Guide doesn't say anything about Assets in advanced computer searches. I need to run a report on all the applications being used in our environment, and Applications does show up as a display option under Assets.

But when I view the advanced search, the Applications column does not exist, so I can't see the applications. None of the other Asset items show up either. What am I missing here? And is there a way to run a report on the applications being used on managed Macs?

Click on Search Inventory
Click on Search drop down and select Applications.
In the first text field, type *
Then Search

Not sure you will be able to export that.

@bpavlov Thanks, that actually works well enough for me to use, copy/paste into Excel keeps the column separate so it's all good. Thanks for the tip, I didn't even consider that searching by application with a wildcard would work to get me what I needed.
