I have been deploying iPhones all week. Deployed so far 500+. Deployment has been done through DEP.
I came across two instances where the IOS configuration get stuck or it won't progress at all. the NEXT button is Gray out. Phone power cycles back to the same step. Updated and Wiped Phone twice no progress. in JSS I can see the phone registered as NO NAME. Under Management Commands it is blank. No commands or whatsoever. Any idea? Thank You
