FileVault 2 - Individual Recovery Keys

We are currently testing policy to enable FileVault 2 on our Macs. During this testing stage we are attempting to unlock the Mac using the individual recovery key but it keeps failing.

Am I right in thinking you should be able to just enter the individual recovery key in place of the login password?

Anyone else experienced this?

You'll need to click on the question mark on the FileVault login screen and then click the little arrow to get the Recovery Key prompt.
