Issues starting TomCat after upgrading to 9.9.8 from 9.9.2

Hello

One of my clients requires an update from 9.9.2 to 9.9.8 on a Windows 2012 server. When updating to installer hangs on Starting TomCat.

Is it possible to jump from 9.9.8 from 9.9.8?

I had the same issue and TomCat didn't want to restart on my test server. I fought it and fought it and then just did the manual upgrade and it worked. Have you tried that?
