my ipads have been enrolled in jamf through the apple school manager of the state to which I do not have access.
In our establishment, we also created our own apple school manager that allows us to make applications purchases through the vpp and we wanted to use our own apple school manager to create user accounts, classes to upload in the same jamf.
This has already been done, but in practice on the shared iPads devices enrolled by the State Apple school manager, our users created on our own apple school manager do not work.
Is this normal?
Is there a solution to make our own accounts of students and classes work without having access to the apple school of the department ?
