Does anyone else have problems with viewing a policy plan or order? Or how different browsers reveal different orders?! I'm attaching a bunch of screen shots of the SAME policy as viewed from Firefox, Chrome and Safari. We're running v8.52 and i'm on OSX 10.7.4 during these tests.
We're not only getting differences between the blue "iLink" button (at the far left of any policy in the JSS) and the "show plan" link but we're also getting different results if we do the very same thing in different browsers. ?!?
Our test case: we're uninstalling C$4 and installing C$5. We just need to block the screen with jamfHelper and back-up a few things before our uninstaller runs. So, we need the pre-install scripts to run in this order:
(1) adobe-1-preinstallMessage-fullscreen.sh
(2) adobe-2-backup.sh
(3) adobe-3-uninstaller.sh
in safari 5.16, we get:
blue iLink shows the order as: 3, 2, 1 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyicn/blue-ilink-safari
show plan link shows the order as: 3, 1, 2 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyik9/showplan-link-safari
in chrome 19.0 on lion:
blue iLink shows the order as: 3, 2, 1 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyic8/blue-ilink-chrome
show plan link shows the order as: 2, 3, 1 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyimx/showplan-link-chrome
in firefox 12.0 on lion:
blue iLink shows the order as: 3, 2, 1 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyim9/blue-ilink-firefox
show plan link shows the order as: 2, 1, 3 - https://skitch.com/davidkoff/eyim3/showplan-link-firefox
So across all browsers, the blue iLink is reporting the same data but the "show plan" link is different in EACH browser.
