This one has been bugging me for about a week, i've got this on a brand new macbook air (10.7.5) only happens when on VPN. Has anyone seen this error?

Also seen this error, randomly a couple of times - Not able to recreate (And not had physical access to the machine before it was wiped again)
OS X 10.8.3JSS 8.64
On internal network.
