Scope Policy by AD User

Hi-

I recently tried to scope out a policy for Self-Service by AD user, not group. I wasn't able to scope it by individual user. Is this something that is new in 9.21 or have I just never noticed before? If it's something I've never noticed, has anyone had experience with scoping policies to specific users vs. groups (limited to Active Directory)?

Does scoping via group work?

Is your self service set to prompt for user login?

Scoping via group does work and users are being prompted to login to access self service.
