Job Description

We are currently adding an IT Administrator to our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be motivated by assisting users, fixing problems, learning new technology, and troubleshooting the latest Apple and Windows hardware and operating systems. This individual will report to the IT Director and will work with him and other members of the IT Team as well as the broader corporate team to support our organization.


Partner with Credera's Information Technology team, IT Manager, and Senior Leadership to serve Credera and its employees well
Proactively identify and follow-up on issues for users, servers, and laptops to ensure a timely resolution
Serve as the first point of contact for Credera users who need IT assistance
Consistently document and track issues and efforts in ZenDesk
Image and deploy laptops via Intune (Windows) and JAMF Pro(Apple)
Onboard and off-board employees in various systems
Configure and maintain our IT Infrastructure (servers, firewalls, cloud services, etc.)
Configure and maintain VOIP phones and Videoconferencing gear
Participate in special projects such as setting up new offices or office expansions
Provide coverage for members of IT Team when they are out of office
Always observe and enforce appropriate security and controls
Test newly released hardware and software
Purchase laptops and accessories


Basic Qualifications
3-7 Years of experience in IT support of desktops, laptops and/or servers
Full alignment with our core values of integrity, humility, excellence, and professionalism
Mac OSX Support Experience
Windows Support Experience
Ability to support virtual machine technology such as VMware or Hyper-V
Ability to troubleshoot Apple and Dell laptop hardware
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to support users well both in person and remotely
A bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
Strong technical aptitude coupled with a drive to continually learn new technologies
