Job Description

We’re expanding the IT team and looking for a dedicated Support Specialist at HelloSign. You’ll work alongside the IT Manager as you build out this function. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for being the frontline of IT. You'll own onboarding/offboarding, provisioning new computers, paving the way for our knowledge base, and supporting our growing team.


  • Own the helpdesk function at HelloSign
  • Own employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Own the IT knowledgebase
  • Own the IT inventory & procurement
  • Own the IT ticket queue by triaging and responding to tickets
  • Maintain audio-visual set up in our conference rooms and all hands spaceBe the frontline for the IT team

  • Previous IT Support experience preferred
  • Strong familiarity with macOS and Apple hardware
  • Comfortable working with and supporting employees across all departments
  • Familiarity with the following services: JAMF Pro, Okta, G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, 8x8
  • Ability to surface ideas and proposals for IT support improvements
  • Excited to own all assets in our growing inventory
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Previous system administration experience
  • JAMF certified
  • Exposure to A/V systems
