OfferUp is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in managing our current systems and technologies. If you are customer-obsessed and passionate about driving change, this may be for you.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

Design and implement systems to deploy, maintain, & retire organizational owned devices
Work with IT team on projects from research to implementation
Provide escalation support for IT Support Specialists on the team
Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network issues that affect large groups of users
Respond to, record, track, and close tickets through service desk/problem management software
Build & maintain relationships with peers in other departments within the organization
