We have been trying to airdrop a pages file from a teachers device to
students’ device. All devices are running iOS12 and we are getting this

Some (not sure if it’s all) of our apps are not updating to the latest
version. Scheduled updates and also Force Update under the Device
Management - App Maintenance on JAMF Pro doesn’t seem to be working for
