Virtual JNUC 2020
Virtual JNUC 2020 FAQ
Is JNUC 2020 taking place in San Diego as originally scheduled?
No. The health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities is of utmost importance to us. Because of this, we announced in May that the 2020 Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) is being relaunched as a complimentary virtual event over the original dates: September 29 - October 1, 2020. We are creating a special online experience that will give you the same components of JNUC that our Jamf Nation community has come to know and love.

Will Virtual JNUC 2020 sessions have subtitles?
Every Virtual JNUC 2020 session will be presented with subtitles.
Do I need to pre-register for Virtual JNUC 2020 sessions?

At that time, you may login to the platform and start building your agenda using the My Agenda tool within the platform. Sessions will be open for an unlimited number of attendees to watch live or on-demand (exceptions apply to the Interactive Lab sessions).
Will there be Interactive Labs and can I pre-register for those?
Yes, it’s JNUC…of course we will have Interactive Labs! Interactive labs will open 15 minutes before the posted start time to accommodate the set-up requirements to ensure you have a successful, interactive experience. There will be a limit of 200 attendees per lab. There is no pre-registration for them, but they will be available on a first come basis so make sure to click into the lab you’d like to attend when it opens 15 minutes before the start time. The good news is - the labs will be repeated! Please check out the lab schedule on our Virtual JNUC 2020 session page here.
Will there be an Expo Hall?
Yes, we are thrilled to confirm we will have a Sponsor Expo and a Jamf Expo. For our current list of Virtual JNUC 2020 sponsors, please see our sponsor page.
Will there be a CX Bar?
Yes, we have a team of dedicated Customer Experience representatives that want to meet YOU! Make sure to come with your questions and interact with our Jamf team! The CX Bar will be located in the Jamf Expo.
Will there be a JNUC Swag store?
The real question, what’s a JNUC without swag? Find your official JNUC merchandise here!
How do I interact with other attendees?
What would JNUC be without meeting other MacAdmin's? Start conversations with each other in our networking lounge, available starting September 29, 2020 at 9:00a.m. in our exclusive virtual platform.
How do I ask session speakers a question about their session?
All sessions will be launched at a scheduled time, see the session schedule here. Session speakers will be available to answer all of your questions LIVE during their session launch time. There will be a Q&A window available for all sessions (including keynote!) so all you have to do is type in your question and you’ll receive a text response answer back. If you are viewing a session after the launch time in an on-demand experience, you will still be able to ask a question to the session speaker(s) but instead of receiving a response back live, it may take a little extra time. With attendees all over the world viewing our JNUC sessions at any time of the day & night during these three days – know that our speakers are super smart, but they require sleep to be that smart so please be patient for a response if you are watching their session while it is on-demand.
