I'm not a Jamf customer/partner. Does it make sense for me to attend JNUC 2020?
While a lot of the content is presented by Jamf customers/partners and focuses on their success with Jamf Pro, any IT admin that manages Apple devices can learn a lot at JNUC. Common workflows, third-party tools and resources are highlighted throughout the conference. And if you're just curious to see what Jamf is all about, there's no better way to see than attending JNUC.

What's the cost to attend?
There are several pricing tiers for JNUC 2020—the earlier you register, the more you save! Please see the tiers below, with prices and availability listed.

  • Super Early Bird $999* (extended to April 30, 2020)
  • Early Bird $1,099* (available May 1 - July 8, 2020)
  • Standard $1,199* (available July 9 - August 26, 2020)
  • Just In Time $1,399* (available August 27 - October 1, 2020)

*Education organizations enjoy a special discount of $200 off each pricing tier.

Is there a volume/group discount?
Yep! With our Buy 4, Get 1 Free promotion, automatically get one free ticket when you buy four full-price tickets.

Please note: Groups must register on the same order for the discount to apply. Please have the following information ready for each attendee before registering:

  • First & last name
  • Email address
  • Organization name
  • Job title
  • T-shirt size
  • Dietary restrictions

I didn't receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm I'm registered?
Sometimes, emails don't go through properly. First, check your Junk mailbox. If you still can't find it anywhere, email us and we'll check for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and purchase order.

How do I pay via purchase order?
Please select Purchase Order when completing your registration. Then, email a PDF of your purchase order to JNUCpoc@jamf.com for processing. An invoice will be created and sent back, which will need to be paid in net 30 days.

What's your substitution policy?
If you are no longer able to attend JNUC 2020, you can transfer your registration to another attendee until 5:00 p.m. CST on August 26, 2020. Any substitution requested after this date will incur a $149 USD fee.

What's your cancellation policy?
Registration cancellations received on or before 5:00 p.m. CST on August 26, 2020 will be refunded, minus a $149 USD processing fee. There will be no refunds available after this date.

To cancel your registration, please click Modify Your Registration in your confirmation email (sent from JNUChelp@jamf.com), log in and click Cancel Registration. Please email us with questions regarding ticket cancellations.

Can you help me secure approval to attend?
Absolutely! Please download our Convince Your Boss letter.

What meals are provided?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own dinner, but there will be appetizers and drinks provided at the Jamf Nation Party on Wednesday night.

Where can I stay during JNUC 2020?
We have a room block available at the JNUC 2020 venue, the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Rooms are starting at $209/night (plus taxes), and you can book your stay when your register for the conference. If you are planning on booking a room at this venue, please book by August 29, 2020 to ensure discounted rates.

How can I find my way around San Diego during the conference?
We encourage attendees to get out and explore San Diego while in town for JNUC 2020! We will curate a list of locations near the Hilton Bayfront that includes various restaurants, breweries and attractions. Access the map in the JNUC 2020 app that will be available closer to the conference.

Can I bring a guest to the Jamf Nation Party?
Yes, you can bring a guest to the Jamf Nation Party for a fee of $139.

What is the recommended attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to JNUC 2020. We recommend bringing a light jacket for cool evening temperatures.

Will a prayer/mediation space be provided?
Yes, a prayer/meditation room is available onsite.

Will a Nursing Mother's Room/wellness room be provided?
Yes, an onsite Nursing Mother's Room will be available for our attendees. Please inquire at the JNUC Help Desk to check out a key.

Is there a gender-neutral restroom onsite?
Yes, a gender-neutral restroom is available onsite.

Will there be Jamf Training Courses at JNUC?
Jamf continues to offer training courses for 200, 300, and 400 level certifications. However, those unique trainings will not be offered at JNUC 2020 as they require a full four days of committed session time.

JNUC COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

Does JNUC have an official COVID-19 Coronavirus statement I can share with my organization?
Our annual global customer event, the Jamf Nation User Conference, is scheduled to take place in a little under seven months starting on September 29 in San Diego, California. While we look forward to seeing our customers at this event, we are being diligent to ensure that the health and safety of our attendees, partners and employees remains our top priority.

In order to remain informed about the ongoing situation at both the global and local levels, we are closely monitoring and taking direction from global, federal and local health officials, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

With that in mind, there are currently no plans for Jamf to cancel or postpone the Jamf Nation User Conference as a result of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We believe it is critically important for our community to remain adequately informed on COVID-19. Ongoing updates on our conference plans will be available on our Jamf Nation User Conference COVID-19 FAQ as more information becomes available. In the meantime, Jamf remains focused on ensuring we are taking the necessary measures to protect the health and wellbeing for all attendees onsite during the event.

Are there plans to cancel or postpone JNUC?
In order to remain informed about the ongoing situation at both the global and local levels, Jamf is closely monitoring and taking direction from global, federal and local health officials, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Currently, there are no travel notices or restrictions on public gatherings within the continental United States.

There are currently no plans for Jamf to cancel or postpone the Jamf Nation User Conference as a result of COVID-19.

What happens if JNUC is cancelled at a later date? How would refunds be reimbursed?
Jamf reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Jamf cancels JNUC, registrants would be offered a full refund of their registration fee. Should circumstances arise that result in JNUC being postponed, Jamf has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date. Jamf will not be responsible for reimbursement of any attendee’s expenses, such as flights or hotel rooms, related to the cancellation or postponement of an event. Attendees will be responsible for cancelling flights and hotel rooms directly.

What are your normal cancellation and substitution rules?

Registration Cancellations: Deadline to request a refund for your registration is by 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. Registration cancellations received prior to August 26, 2020 will be refunded minus a $149 USD processing fee. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the cancellations deadline. Cancellations received after August 26, 2020 will not be eligible for a refund. No shows for JNUC will not receive a refund or credit towards future events.

Substitution Policy: If you are no longer able to attend JNUC 2020, you can transfer your registration to another attendee free of charge until 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. Any substitution requested after this date will incur a $149 USD fee. Please email us with inquiries regarding ticket substitutions.
