Exam scoring

Upon completion, the certification exam is graded automatically for multiple choice exams, or by an instructor for practical exams. Jamf uses a grading key to maintain a consistent standard. If you have questions about your exam results, you must submit them in writing within 14 days of the certification exam to Jamf Training. Jamf does not provide detailed results of questions answered on the exam. Rather, we can provide a breakdown of the exam sections, if applicable.

Jamf keeps exam results on file for one calendar year from the date of the certification exam.

Exam results

Your results will be available in Jamf Account within three business days of the completion of the certification exam. Jamf will email you when the result is available.

Jamf does not and will not share the results of the certification exam with anyone other than the registered attendee. Jamf will, in response to a written request, share whether you have obtained certification with a third party only if you have given Jamf permission to share that information. Written requests must be submitted to Jamf Training.

Opt-out

You may voluntarily opt-out of a certification exam if you do not seek Jamf certification for a particular Jamf course. However, once you opt-out, you forfeit your opportunity to take the applicable certification exam for the enrolled course. If you wish to participate in the certification exam in the future, you will need to re-enroll in the applicable Jamf course.

If you are not present on the last day of the training course, or if you do not complete an online exam in the specified timeframe, you will automatically be opted out for the associated certification exam.
