Jamf: Our Secret Tool

21CCCS is a cyber charter school that prides itself in being recognized as one of the most innovative schools not only to learn at but also work in. This past year we started our journey to becoming the first cyber charter school to earn the Apple Distinguished honor. The process involved strategic planning that required collaboration between our learning coach, tech specialists, and our teachers. Our learning coach spent the year working with teachers on developing fluency while using and creating lessons on the iPad. As teachers were taking part in staff development, the tech department worked on ways to provide access to applications without disruption and without recalling devices, using Jamf. With just a few clicks, we can remotely install apps or prevent user access. Today, we deploy hundreds of applications and manage hundreds of iPads and computers effortless while avoiding downtime for our users.
