Giving back
Doing better for our communities and our world—constantly.Empowering our people to give back
The Jamf Nation Global Foundation empowers Jamf employees to make a meaningful impact in their local communities. Established in 2013, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit provides the framework for our team to invest in the organizations they are passionate about through volunteering and financial contributions.
We partner with nonprofits that align with our core values, and the measure of our success is the collective passion of our people—reflected in thousands of volunteer hours and significant charitable giving each year.
Our employees choose to give back by:
Matching gifts
The Employee Matching Gift program matches employee donations 1:1, up to an annual limit of $4,000 per employee. This $4,000 cap is a combined total that includes both matching gifts and volunteer rewards. Donations to any qualified 501(c)(3) organization or comparable international organization are eligible for the match.
10-10-10
The 10-10-10 program empowers a group of employees to build momentum around a cause. At least 10 employees spend two hours volunteering for an organization, and at least 10 employees make a donation to the same organization. The JNGF donates 10x the total donated by Jamf employees, up to $10,000.
Directed Funding
Directed Funding includes employee-directed financial and volunteer resources to organizations and causes that align with the foundation’s geographical and interest-based communities where they live and work. The program helps to advance an organization's mission and overall impact.
Volunteer rewards
Employees earn $10 per hour of volunteering for donations to a cause of their choice up to $4,000 (combined match and volunteer rewards).
Volunteer Time Off
Jamf grants employees 24 hours of Volunteer Time Off annually to contribute in their communities.
ERG directed giving
Employee Resource Groups direct donations to causes aligned with their mission.
Our collective impact
See the impact we create when our company, our foundation, and our people all work as one.MATTER Innovation Hubs
The Jamf-founded MATTER Innovation Hub (MIH), supported by Apple technology and the Jamf Community Education Initiatives team, is a 21st-century learning center providing engaging, personalized education for students. These sustainably designed hubs create a student-centered environment.
Sparked during a Jamf employee's 2017 trip to Haiti, the initiative grew from providing basic tech access into a major partnership with MATTER. Today, 24 sites operate across six territories, including the United States, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Afghanistan, South Africa and Lebanon.
Jamf's implementations of our TEAL+ model and the MIHs scale to fit the need of organizations in the form of hubs or direct classroom application. While Apple technology, curriculum, and educational applications are core to the program, shifting instructional practices to support technology-enabled active learning is the primary change common across organizations involved in the program.

All hubs are built on 3 fundamental concepts:
Safe, welcoming conditions that allow for personalized growth.
A student-centered environment promoting critical thinking and creativity.
Sustainable design for easy use and maintenance, backed by a three-year support commitment.
Our commitment to education and career readiness
Jamf provides high school students with real-world experience through key partnerships. Our Code2College collaboration brings Engineering interns onto our teams to learn coding and contribute to production software, while our Work Study Program with Cristo Rey High School integrates students across multiple departments for practical office experience at our headquarters in Minneapolis, Minn.
We partner with Mesa Community College on a national initiative to launch Apple certification training courses. The eight-week programs, offering Jamf Certified Associate and Jamf Certified Tech certifications, transition participants into paid apprenticeships in Phoenix, Ariz.
Globally, Jamf’s support of the Matter Career Readiness Institute (MCRI) in Zimbabwe provides students with experiences that guide them from early education to career opportunities. The MCRI builds on the foundation of the MATTER Innovation Hubs. To date, 21 full-time software engineering positions have been created across four employer-partners, including seven teams across Jamf.
The Kinder-to-Career program aims to place 100 graduates into full-time roles by 2030.
