The Jammie Awards 2023

• All submissions must be submitted here by Thursday, July 27, 2023 to be eligible.
• Finalists will be announced the week of August 14th.
• Please embed all graphics/visuals
• Please upload your company’s logo as a JPEG or PNG image in the form.
• You may submit for multiple categories. One submission per category, per company/customer/partner.
• Jamf reserves the right to change or cancel an award category at any time and make other adjustments as needed to accommodate particular circumstances.

• You either are the original owner of your Entry or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses and/or consents for all materials included in your Entry.
• You have obtained permission from your company to include your company’s name and logo with your Entry.
• If your Entry contains any photography, graphics, renderings, drawings, and/or images (collectively, “Images”), you either are the sole and original creator of the Images, or you possess the necessary rights or licenses to grant Jamf permission to use the Entry as described below.
• If your Entry includes Images of identifiable people, you have obtained consent to use those Images.
• The Entry does not and will not infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of any third party, person, or entity, and is not defamatory, obscene or contrary to any applicable law.
• You have given proper attribution for all Images and other content in your Entry.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jamf, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, it may sustain as a result of any breach of the foregoing representations.

Jamf reserves the right to change the rules & terms at any time. Jamf makes no representations or warranties regarding the contest or its rules and disclaims all implied warranties. Jamf undertakes no obligations of its performance or processing of entries other than as specifically stated herein and contestants must comply with all the stated conditions.

All finalists and winners will have their Entry publicly displayed on Jamf web properties and/or Jamf Communities. Submitting an award entry gives Jamf permission and approval to leverage content for Marketing and Public Relations purposes in presentations, on social media, and the Jamf website. Winners will be included in a press release and on social channels. All customers submitting a Jammies Award give Khoros permission and approval to use their logo on collateral and signage related to any Jammies Award function.

Your participation in this 2023 Jammies Awards shall be deemed as consent to use your name and logo and described above, notwithstanding any related terms in any agreements that you have with Jamf.

You grant Jamf a non-exclusive irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free and worldwide license and right to use, reproduce, distribute, transfer, license, sub-license, reprint, publish and display your Entry, or any part of it, either alone or with other works, for any purpose and in any format, including on social media platforms, on Jamf’s websites, and in any Jamf blogs, emails, newsletters and other promotional materials. Jamf reserves the right to edit your Entry text for clarity and concision.

Jamf will include the following attribution in publications of your Entry. Jamf will also require any media publishing your Entry to include the same attribution:

• Jamf award category and type
• Your name
• Your company’s name

Winners will be announced at an in-person Jamf-sponsored event where applicants can attend in-person or virtually. Each award winner will receive a digital and printed version of an award certificate. Jamf reserves the right to substitute prizes in its sole discretion.

• One winner will be chosen per category. Selection of winners will be a two-step process: 1) Initial committee review to determine finalists and 2) Finalists and winners are chosen by a judging panel filled with internal Jamf employees, who are expert in various fields selected by Jamf that will look at the supporting story, the results submitted, and evidence to back up the submission.
