Jamf achieves DPIA validation for Jamf School to meet educational institutions’ privacy requirements

DPIA validation for Jamf School gives educational institutions the confidence they need to protect student privacy while managing Apple devices

MINNEAPOLIS – May 16, 2025 – Today, Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), the standard in managing and securing Apple at work, announced SIVON, a Dutch organization that helps schools to realize and further develop safe and future-proof digital education has successfully completed a comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for Jamf School. This validation highlights Jamf's continued commitment to meeting the stringent privacy requirements of educational institutions.

The comprehensive DPIA was conducted by SIVON over a two-year evaluation period, during which Jamf demonstrated transparency and implemented significant improvements to enhance data protection measures. The assessment confirms that Jamf School can be safely used by educational institutions to manage their Apple devices while maintaining strong privacy controls.
