Check out what’s new in the latest version of the Jamf 100 Course, including a more accessible platform, revised content, new videos, and an updated certification exam.

We’re thrilled to announce the release of the Jamf 100 Course, 5.0! The 100 is a self-paced introduction to Jamf Pro for new and existing IT professionals managing Apple devices. This course offers enterprise-focused foundations for iOS, macOS, mobile device management and practices for succeeding with Apple. It combines video lectures, written instruction, practical exercises and resources for getting started with Jamf Pro — a powerful and comprehensive device management solution.

We know it's been a while since a major 100 update has premiered, and we're excited to offer this collection of current and relevant content. Version 5.0 has been updated to support contemporary versions of Jamf Pro, macOS Monterey and iOS 15. This major update contains 40 new videos, revised accompanying content like lesson summaries and resources and an updated certification exam.

December 2022 Update:
We're excited to announce that the Jamf Certified Associate Exam is now available in English, Deutsch, Español, Français, 日本語 and 繁體中文.

The Jamf 100 Course now includes interactive simulations. Don't have your own Jamf Pro instance to practice tasks and workflows? Check out the Section 3, 4 and 5 reviews to engage with a simulated Jamf Pro sandbox.

If you're new to Jamf's certification or online training offerings, welcome. If you're already familiar with the 100, welcome back; expect the same thoughtful and instructive content you've come to expect, from becoming familiar with iOS and macOS, to exploring Jamf Pro's infrastructure to deploying policies with Jamf Pro. Additionally, we've welcomed a few new designers to our team, so expect some new faces and innovative approaches to the 100.

The Jamf 100 Course 5.0 follows a familiar structure. However, you may notice the interface is a little unfamiliar. We've migrated to a new, more flexible and more accessible platform. Please check out the introduction video for a quick tutorial on navigating the course, performing searches and getting the most out of the content. In this version, you'll find an introduction, 5 sections, a conclusion, practice exam and links to the Jamf Certified Associate Exam.

The Jamf 100 Course is designed to meet you where you are. If you've never touched an iPhone or Mac, the 100 offers fundamentals in those platforms. If you're already familiar with macOS and iOS, but are new to the world of device management, later sections will get you up to speed in Jamf Pro. Many lessons do build on one another, so we encourage taking them in order. If you're lost, revisit a previous lesson or explore the resources at the bottom of each page.

The Jamf Certified Associate exam is available from the “About the Exam” section and from jamf.com. The exam is open-note, open-book, open-internet, contains 60 multiple choice and true/false questions and is limited to 60 minutes.
