Jamf Training Pass

• Limited to a single organization and cannot be shared across multiple organizations.
• Limited to five employees in your organization.
• Once someone has enrolled and taken a course, they are assigned to the Organizational Training Pass and cannot be unassigned or be substituted with another person.
• The Organizational Training Pass may be used by one individual at a time. This means that one seat can be reserved in any one available course during a week’s time.

The Organizational Training Pass allows you to enroll in the Jamf 200, 270, 300, 370 and 400 instructor-led training courses.

It also allows you to enroll in the Jamf Certified Tech - Jamf Pro, Jamf Certified Tech - Jamf Protect and Jamf Certified Admin - Jamf Pro retest exams (subject to meeting prerequisites as detailed in our Training Policies.)

You can also enroll in the Jamf Certified Admin - Jamf Protect recertification exams (subject to meeting prerequisites as detailed in our Training Policies.)

The Individual Training Pass is registered to one person. Once they have enrolled and taken a course, they are assigned to the Individual Training Pass and cannot be unassigned or be substituted with another person.

It allows you to enroll in the Jamf 200, 270, 300, 370 and 400 instructor-led training courses.

It also allows you to enroll in the Jamf Certified Tech - Jamf Pro, Jamf Certified Tech - Jamf Protect and Jamf Certified Admin - Jamf Pro retest exams (subject to meeting prerequisites as detailed in our Training Policies.)

You can also enroll in the Jamf Certified Admin - Jamf Protect recertification exam (subject to meeting prerequisites as detailed in our Training Policies.)

• Training Passes are valid for one year from the purchase date, and you must enroll and complete any eligible courses within one year. Any unused Training Passes will expire after one year from purchase and will be forfeited.
• Jamf training course, certification retest exam, or recertification exam enrollments via Organizational and Individual Training Passes are allowed two late cancellations/no-shows during the term of the Training Pass. A third late cancellation/no-show will result in deactivation of the Training Pass.
• Late cancellation: Provide cancellation notice/request to reschedule less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the training course or certification/retest exam.
• You'll be removed from class if you're not present on the first and second days of the training course.
