Jamf Heroes is an exclusive customer advocacy program that connects passionate Jamf users, offers professional growth opportunities and recognizes contributions. Applications are open from April 11 through May 2.

Jamf Heroes

Jamf has a secret. Sort of. For the last seven years, we’ve hosted a group of our most passionate customers in the customer advocacy program – Jamf Heroes. Since launching the program at JNUC many moons ago, it’s helped thousands of our customers find their tribe, learn from others in similar roles and develop friendships that span far beyond the world of Jamf or Apple. It’s served as a central hub for customers to grow together and fueled career progression among many members (several of which became Jamfs). It’s a special place. And it’s changing for the better.

To put it simply, Jamf Heroes was built with you in mind. We wanted to create a space where customers, no matter their experience level, understanding of Apple products, length of time with Jamf or geographical location could come together to learn from other passionate customers. One of our core values at Jamf is relentless self-improvement, so we bring that mentality into everything we do. This program is no different.

“Jamf Heroes has connected me with other admins who I might not have otherwise crossed paths with in the larger Jamf and Mac Admin communities,” Thom Martin, Jamf Hero since 2018, says. “We’ve not only grown our professional skillsets together, but have fostered friendships which I will cherish for years to come.”

Our goal is to help customers find success.

And we believe that comes from:

  • Access: Jamf Heroes will have more access to Jamfs across the organization, including round tables with Jamf leaders.
  • Recognition: You win when people know who you are. For those interested, we’ll help you develop your brand as a way to showcase your knowledge in the industry. (We’ll also give you a cool ribbon at JNUC!)
  • Fun: Everyone needs laughter in their lives. Jamf Heroes provides a solid dose of fun, which not only fuels the soul but also helps facilitate friendships within the program.
  • And more: We’re also big believers in creating moments that matter. So be ready for a surprise or two!

What's in it for us?

At Jamf, we recognize that happy, engaged customers are valuable. It’s just smart business to help every customer feel more connected to your organization. So that’s our goal – both inside and outside of the Heroes program. But having this incredible group and not tapping into them for feedback, ideas, help as references, etc. wouldn’t be wise, either. So yes, we’ll occasionally ask for your assistance. And we’ve learned from our previous Heroes that we don’t ask enough. So, we’ll likely create more opportunities for you to share your love of Jamf and Apple with others.

Important details

  • Heroes will serve a one-year term with the ability to re-apply the subsequent year.

  • We’re accepting applications from April 11 through May 2, only. After this date, customers will wait until the following year to apply.

  • We’ll welcome our new group of Jamf Heroes into the program on May 21 (so watch for that congratulations email).

  • You must be a current customer to apply and remain in the program.

  • All Heroes must actively engage in the program. If you prefer a passive role, this may not be the right fit for you.

  • We only tolerate kind humans.
