Security, simplicity, scale: Jamf’s 2025 commercial focus

From the Jamf Nation Live tour

This spring's AMER Jamf Nation Live tour went to several cities in the U.S., including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Austin and San Francisco.

The conversations and coffee were flowing, the maroon shirts sparkling, crowds were beaming and engaged. Many arrived early to meet up with community members in the area and to chat with the Jamfs that were there.

What got the most people talking were the breakout sessions and demos. Every breakout had abundant questions, comments and discussion— and hugs, handshakes and high fives were not uncommon as people filed out post-lunch.

This webinar, built from one of those popular breakout sessions, discussed the latest updates to Jamf’s commercial solutions.

Security, simplicity, scale: Jamf’s 2025 commercial focus

Jamf designed its latest platform update—including blueprints, compliance benchmarks and Self Service+—to help commercial organizations unlock Apple’s full potential.

Watch the "Security, Simplicity, Scale: Jamf’s 2025 Commercial Focus" webinar to learn how to:

  • Maximize your investment in Mac devices by using Jamf’s latest capabilities
  • Align deployment and security strategies with powerful new workflows
  • Enable productivity without compromising security or control
  • Engage with Jamf Nation in a new way

Declarative device management developments

Our presenter, Kaylee Carlson, discussed declarative device management (DDM) developments that Jamf has already enabled: managed software updates, Apple Watch management and inventory status updates. DDM also powers two of our latest offerings.

Blueprints

Blueprints simplify complex device management tasks through a modern platform design. Blueprints provide a streamlined interface for managing devices that automatically remains current with Apple's specifications.

AI Assistant

At last year's JNUC, Jamfs shared their vision of an AI assistant an intelligent companion that can answer questions about product functionality as well as explain and block detected security threats.

This vision has become a reality. AI Assistant is now not only built into Jamf Account, but also directly into Jamf Pro's console. And it has two new skills: 'explain' and 'search.'

The 'explain' skill helps admins understand complex Jamf Pro configurations, policies, Smart Groups and automation in plain language. The 'search' skill enables natural language inventory analysis so you can query fleet and device data without complex scripts.

Single Sign-in integration with Jamf Account

This integration does not replace your existing identity provider! We want our customers to keep their identity provider and federate it with our SSO integration so that your Jamf Pro instance can authorize against our platform services to gain access to our new features.

Self Service +

Built on the foundation of the classic self-service app, Self Service + has been thoughtfully redesigned to bring management and security together in one seamless experience for end-users. Self Service + consolidates all push notifications regarding apps and security updates, into one unified application portal.

Compliance benchmarks

Compliance benchmarks harden security and deliver automated Mac OS compliance. And they're out of beta and now available to all Jamf Pro customers. We already have two baselines created in Jamf Pro for CIS Level 1 and CIS Level 2. More will soon be available.
