Jamf is a certified Great Place to Work® and Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™

The standard in Apple Enterprise Management now has nearly 2,400 employees around the globe, and 96% of our employees say they feel welcomed and cared for. Our presence in 2022 on two lists of companies that provide a positive experience for employees is further testament to the nurturing workplace culture we provide.

We are honored and humbled to be recognized for the first time among the 2022 100 Best Companies to Work For™ by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine, ranking 62nd place.

This prestigious award is based entirely on current employees' reports of their work experiences. Today, 90% of our employees agree that Jamf is a great place to work!

The support of our employees truly reflects our company culture and core values of selflessness and relentless self-improvement. We believe that in order to develop great products and provide the best customer service, we have to start at the core – and that is with our employees, ensuring that they feel supported and appreciated. In 2021, Jamf also ranked in Fortune Best Workplaces for Women, Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology, Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ and Best Workplaces for Parents™.

Work where you work best

We are excited that 94% of our employees say Jamf facilities contribute to a good working environment. This is exemplified by our commitment to encouraging employees to work where they find themselves happiest and most productive. Jamf’s choice-based workplace model provides the option to employees whether they want the camaraderie of the office or the flexibility to work from any location where they work best. Our offices include perks such as dedicated wellness and nursing rooms, workout facilities and top-of-the-line technology to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues from around the world. Our efforts have paid off as 96% of Jamfs say they feel welcomed and cared for.

Great people make Jamf great

We believe in putting people first, being respectful and open to the many different ways we all live and work. All of our voices are critical to innovation; that is why Jamf has several internal groups whose purpose is to help create an environment that embraces and celebrates unique perspectives and ideas. These Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) include Families@Jamf, Women@Jamf, Shades of Jamf, Proud@Jamf and Accessibility@Jamf. All our ERGs offer a space for employees to participate in transparent discussions and access key resources to thrive at Jamf.

94% of employees feel they can take time off when necessary, and we continue to improve. This year, we increased the number of available PTO and VTO days. We encourage team members to take time off and get involved in their communities, which is why in 2013 we created the Jamf Nation Global Foundation (JNGF). The foundation focuses its contributions on organizations and causes that align with Jamf's core values, and Jamf gives paid time off to volunteer and matches employee donations. We are excited that 94% of employees state they feel good about the ways Jamf gives back to the community as a result.

“We have two company values at Jamf – selflessness, and relentless self-improvement. I am amazed at how I see these values in practice daily by my fellow Jamfs,” says Dean Hager, Jamf CEO. “It is the dedication and hard work of our employees that has cultivated a culture that allows us all to be our authentic selves and bring our whole self to work. Thank you to our entire team across the globe for powering this truly special atmosphere, and to Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine for this recognition.”
