We believe in putting people first, being respectful and open to the many different ways we all live and work. All of our voices are critical to innovation; that is why Jamf has several internal groups whose purpose is to help create an environment that embraces and celebrates unique perspectives and ideas. These Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) include Families@Jamf, Women@Jamf, Shades of Jamf, Proud@Jamf and Accessibility@Jamf. All our ERGs offer a space for employees to participate in transparent discussions and access key resources to thrive at Jamf.
94% of employees feel they can take time off when necessary, and we continue to improve. This year, we increased the number of available PTO and VTO days. We encourage team members to take time off and get involved in their communities, which is why in 2013 we created the Jamf Nation Global Foundation (JNGF). The foundation focuses its contributions on organizations and causes that align with Jamf's core values, and Jamf gives paid time off to volunteer and matches employee donations. We are excited that 94% of employees state they feel good about the ways Jamf gives back to the community as a result.
