PEOPLE® and Great Place To Work® Name Jamf to 2024 PEOPLE Companies that Care List, Ranking #45

MINNEAPOLIS – August 26, 2024Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), the standard in managing and securing Apple at work, is honored to have been named by Great Place To Work® and PEOPLE magazine as one of the 2024 PEOPLE® Companies that Care. This is Jamf’s 2nd time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 45. Earning a spot means that Jamf has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best companies to work for in the country.

The PEOPLE® Companies that Care List is based on over 1.3 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing the experience of more than 8.2 million employees. Of those surveys, more than a million came from employees at companies eligible for this year’s list and these rankings are based on that feedback.

Companies also submit essays which are validated by employee survey data to give a complete picture of the way an organization cares for its employees, its community, and the planet. To be considered for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™ and have at least 10 U.S. employees.

"We are deeply honored to be named once again as one of the PEOPLE® Companies that Care,” said John Strosahl, Jamf CEO. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of our global Jamf team, who consistently go above and beyond to create a positive impact within our company and the communities we serve. At Jamf, our commitment to fostering a culture of purpose, collaboration, and relentless self-improvement drives us every day. We are proud to celebrate this achievement and remain steadfast in our mission to empower people and organizations around the world."

Jamf offers remote, in-office, and hybrid roles, prioritizing work-life balance while ensuring employees feel connected to maintain a strong culture, achieve organizational goals, and thrive together.

Jamf goes above and beyond traditional benefits by offering a yearly "Jamf Cares" day, allowing employees to take an additional day off as needed, in addition to their PTO and VTO. To support mental health, Jamf provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with a wide range of services designed to help employees and their families navigate everyday life challenges, along with access to free online therapy services. Jamf also offers comprehensive family planning services, including fertility, maternity, and parental benefits, with additional support for LGBTQ+ families.

Commitment to Sustainability and Community Engagement

In 2023, Jamf demonstrated its commitment to sustainability by leveraging technology to continue measuring its greenhouse gas emissions. Also, Jamf procured 5,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent in carbon offsets as well as 4,040 megawatts of renewable energy certificates to help curb carbon emissions. Furthermore, Jamf’s Green@Jamf Employee Interest Group played a pivotal role in promoting sustainable practices and environmental stewardship through regular workshops, volunteer activities, and events.

Jamf also reinforced its culture of sustainability by offering customers, employees, and conference attendees the option to receive charitable currency instead of traditional conference swag. This initiative, along with charity thrift sales at Jamf’s Eau Claire and Minneapolis offices, contributed to raising over $116,000 for hunger relief and STEM education organizations.

In addition, Jamf published its third annual purpose and impact report showcasing the company's commitment to tracking and reporting on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The report includes summaries and performance metrics that highlight Jamf's purpose-driven culture and dedication to responsible business practices.

Volunteerism and Global Impact

Jamf grants employees 24 hours of VTO per fiscal year to spend time volunteering in their communities. In addition, the Jamf Nation Global Foundation (JNGF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, continued to enrich global communities by providing Jamf employees with opportunities to give back. In 2023, JNGF donated and supported over $1.37 million to more than 1,300 causes in 39 countries, with highlights including:

  • 68% of Jamf employees engaged in volunteer work or financial contributions—the highest level of engagement ever.
  • Over 23,000 hours of volunteer time were donated in support of over 330 community causes across 14 countries.

Empowering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

In 2023, Jamf deepened its commitment to DEI through participation in the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusion™. Jamf’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) also continued to thrive, with the creation of two new ERGs—Veterans@Jamf and APAC I&D@Jamf—fostering a culture of inclusion and providing mentorship and networking opportunities.

The Companies that Care list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

“What these companies prove is that taking care of your workforce is an investment — not a cost,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “And companies that do it the right way will reap the benefits: more engagement, faster innovation, and a healthy bottom line.”

"Each year, we look forward to highlighting the innovative ways these companies give back to their employees, communities and the world," says Wendy Naugle, PEOPLE editor-in-chief.

“Celebrating the care and kindness they show is a natural extension of our editorial mission—to show what's possible when ordinary people commit to extraordinary endeavors."
