Customer Success Story: London School of Economics & Political Science

The IT department at the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) believes in implementing new and better technologies when they become available. One challenge they discovered when starting a new service was getting users on board with the change. As LSE Apple Systems Specialist Yannis Lagogiannis describes it, people get “used to doing their own thing."

Watch this short video to hear how the LSE:

  • Changed the perception of “managed” devices
  • Made resources available to users no matter where they were in the world
  • Empowered users to be more self-sufficient

“So we don’t try to manage people, we try to enable services and access for them, and just make it a better user experience, and this is something where Self Service has helped us a lot,” said Yannis.
