That’s why in his IT role, he uses Jamf Pro to provide timely support where it’s needed the most. “The more time we have to spend troubleshooting something is the more time it’s not in the hands of the kids,” he said. “And that’s our primary focus, making sure the kids are ready.” Not only is Michael easily able to deploy requested apps to teachers, but he said he can also help them customize an iPad for a particular student – an essential tool for special education teachers. At the end of the day, he said what matters is - when using Jamf, things just work.
