About Gartner Peer Insights™

Each year, Gartner Peer Insights™ compiles eligible customer reviews of various software vendors and their products, then categorizes these vendors by User Interest and Adoption and Overall Experience in what’s called the Voice of the Customer document. If a vendor meets or exceeds the market average, they are considered a Customers’ Choice vendor. The aim of the Gartner Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer Customers’ Choice is to “recognize vendors who meet or exceed both the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption score through a Customers’ Choice distinction.”
