But, before we do, let’s take a stroll down (the not so distant) memory lane and look at the five most buzz-worthy 2017 Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) sessions, according to Google Analytics.
1. What’s new in Jamf Pro version 10
The title doesn’t leave much to the imagination, does it? Nonetheless, if you haven’t already upgraded, get a recap of what you’re missing out on. If you have upgraded, nice! Check out these resources to make sure you’re getting the most out of 10.
2. Fortune 500 companies follow in IBM’s footsteps with Mac choice programs
Day two’s keynote displayed just how prevalent Mac choice programs are in the enterprise, why Microsoft partnered with Jamf, how Apple is transforming healthcare and what education technology programs are doing to help students raise their grades.
3. The management standard for the Apple ecosystem
The annual Jamf state of the union kicked off this year’s event. If you weren’t in attendance or streaming the opening keynote online — or even if you were — see what we’re currently working on to help organizations and schools succeed with Apple.
4. Best practices for implementing Mac
Who better to talk about implementing Mac into enterprise settings than members of Apple? I would argue no one. That’s why they were on stage to talk best practices and explain new models for providing employees with access to Apple products.
5. Network security with Jamf and Cisco
What do you get when you combine Jamf Pro, macOS and Cisco’s Identity Service Engine (ISE)? At a minimum, a very happy customer. Hear how Liberty Mutual Insurance combines all three to achieve the optimal management environment for their Apple devices.
And now, on to 2018
For those who were in attendance during JNUC 2017 — and those who heard how epic the event was — it might seem impossible to imagine topping what we all accomplished less than a month ago. But, we’re pleased to announce that JNUC 2018 is ALREADY shaping up to be our best and largest event ever.
While the session schedule is still being ironed out, you can expect much of the same in terms of an update on the future of Jamf, how industries are transforming processes with Apple, and what your colleagues are accomplishing with the management tools at their disposal.
JNUC 2018 will be October 23-25 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis.
To ensure you have ample time to budget and plan your trip, we’ve opened registration extra early this year. We’re also pleased to share that now through December 31, 2017, we’re offering First Bird Registration pricing for only $499.
