| By: Daniel Weber

Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory is responsible for a variety of defense work for the Army, Air Force, Navy, and space program. With many of their users migrating from the Windows platform to Mac in the past few years, Johns Hopkins' IT staff is responsible for about 2,000 Macs and security, inventory, and software configurations are top priorities.

In this short video, you'll learn:

  • Why many of their employees transitioned from Windows to Mac
  • How Johns Hopkins seamlessly encrypts their Macs using Casper Suite Self Service
  • How a team of two technicians is able to manage their Mac fleet

"My hat's off to the Windows team, they have a much harder job than we do," said Christopher Miller of Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. "Because thanks to the Casper Suite, it makes our job so much easier and efficient."
